If you are an existing business and looking to grow, then our premium service is for you. We will help you identify new opportunities that could increase sales or reduce costs. Our half day face-to-face session is followed up by an action plan document and six hours support over the phone or online. Fees vary depending on location, company status, such as charity, CIC or limited company or size.
